Organized by SIMV with the patronage of DIM1HEALTH

As the leader of Action 3 of the Ecoantibio plan, SIMV wished to reward publications that meet the objective of this action “Encouraging the use of vaccines to prevent the emergence of infectious diseases” and launched a special research award for the duration of the Ecoantibio 2 plan.

The 2019 award has been launched.

This Award is intended to recognize research work published by a student or researcher meeting the following criteria:

• Works highlighting the positive impact of vaccination
• Works highlighting the positive impact of other innovative therapeutic solutions (algae, peptides, probiotics, phages, etc.) in reducing the risk of antibiotic resistance emergence and reducing the need for antibiotic prescription.

Only projects with potential for exploitation by the veterinary pharmaceutical industry are eligible.

Application procedures for 2019: Publications from 2018 must be sent to the RFSA secretariat (secretariat@rfsa.net) by September 30, 2019. They will be evaluated within the following 2 months, and the laureate’s name will be announced at the end of the year.
