This article presents the results of an epidemiological study (case-control type) aiming to evaluate the different determinants associated with antibiotic use in outdoor broiler chicken farming. This work is valuable for better understanding the levers of action to reduce the misuse of antibiotics. The approach, combining technical and sociological investigation, opens avenues for improving practices by placing the veterinarian at the heart of the process.
